Ommed was created with the intention of building a global health infrastructure that is open, connected, intelligent, human and capable of saving lives. We are developing proprietary technology built entirely in-house, integrating multiple advanced layers designed to operate with absolute reliability and simplicity, even under billions of operations. Our purpose is to transform a fragmented and complex system into something lighter, more organized, more accessible and deeply humane.

We are looking for a technical co-founder who is an engineer by training or by soul. Someone who sees beauty in logic, poetry in code and genuine purpose in what technology can transform. Someone who values the open source philosophy, understands the power of collaboration and wants to guide our technology in that direction over time with responsibility, clarity and intention. Someone who cares deeply about reliability, elegance and experience, both for users and for those who maintain the system.

We seek someone fluent in English, fully dedicated and with an entrepreneurial spirit. Someone willing to invest with work now in exchange for impact, legacy and abundance later. Someone who leads with serenity, awareness and depth. Someone who thinks like an engineer, acts like a craftsman, and teaches like a Jedi master, with patience, wisdom and focus.
This co-founder will oversee Ommed’s technical vision, guide the evolution of our proprietary technology, work closely with the founder to define the product, architecture and roadmap, form and inspire the engineering team, ensure the platform scales with reliability and simplicity, and lead integrations with strategic partners in Brazil and abroad. This person will transform complexity into clarity, build impeccable experience, and protect a technical culture that is light, ethical, collaborative and organized.
